Yes, all reservations require a security deposit which will be refunded at the end of the rental period (provided no damage has been done to the rental unit and no other penalty fees have been assigned to renter).  Please review our Terms & Conditions, which outline the criteria for security deposit refunds as well as events and activities that may reduce or forfeit refunds.

Reservation down payment is non-refundable.  However, cancellations made at least 30 days before rental period will receive a 75% refund (minus down payment) and cancellations made 15-29 days before rental period will receive a 50% refund (minus down payment).  Cancellations made 0-14 days before rental period are not eligible for refunds and the full rental amount will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking.  No refunds are provided for Special Events or Holiday Weekends.

We love our fur-babies, too, and understand that you may want to bring yours on a Montana adventure. So, yes, we do allow pets– however they must be house-trained, never left alone in any of our units, and pre-authorized with an extra fee at the time of booking. Should the rental unit sustain any damage from your pet(s), your security deposit will be forfeited to cover the cost of repairs.  Please contact us before booking your rental to discuss all the details and get pre-authorization for your pet(s). 

All of our units come fully stocked with:

• Silverware, Plates, and Cups*
• Kitchenware (pots, pans, cooking utensils)
• Linens, comforter, and pillows for queen beds; sleeping bags for bunk beds and convertible beds (it is recommended that you bring pillows and any other preferred bedding for bunk and convertible beds)
  
• RV Toilet Paper
• Paper Towels
• Cleaning Supplies
• Camp Chairs and Hot Dog Skewers
• Coffee Percolator (stove top coffee pot)
• Towels and Wash Cloths

*Please be aware, we do NOT provide disposable utensils or dishes.

Yes, we can deliver a camper to your prearranged campground site or private property and we actually prefer to do this because it ensures that the unit is properly set up for you. However, there is a delivery and set-up fee for this service (please see our Terms & Conditions agreement for more details).

We deliver almost anywhere in Montana for a fee.

Yes, you can tow our camper rentals as long as you meet all the elibility requirements, which include:

• A vehicle with proper towing equipment installed and enough horsepower to safely tow the camper
• Previous driving experience with towed trailers
• 25 years of age or older
• Proof of current (unexpired) driver’s license and car insurance

We have several units to choose from with different occupancy options, ranging from 2 to 8 people. For more information, check out the available listings on our rentals page; each listing details the total number of guests it can accommodate.

Yes– as long as you’re aware that it’s NOT covered by insurance and you will be responsible for any sustained damages.

No, sorry. Unfortunately we can’t control weather, road conditions, park restrictions, or any number of other things that may cut your vacation short.

There is an hourly charge for late returns unless pre-arranged (please see our Terms & Conditions agreement for more details).

Yes but it must be pre-authorized.  There are limitations and potential liabilities related to dry-camping and the renter will be responsible for any damages to the rental unit and/or its utilities.  If you are interested in boondocking/dry-camping, please contact us before booking your rental to discuss all the details and get pre-authorization.
